Kingdom Hearts composer Yoko Shimomura has once again been nominated for Classic FM’s yearly Hall of Fame! The Hall of Fame recognizes the top 300 composers from around the world as voted by the people.

Yoko has been a regular on the list, having appeared on the Hall of Fame over the past 3 years. Last year (2017) was her lowest ranking at 119th after finishing 2015 and 2016 at 30th and 31st, respectively.

This year, she has 3 entries that people can vote for (which is fitting since each person is allowed 3 votes). These include “Kingdom Hearts (Including the Other Promise) by Yoko Shimomura“, “Final Fantasy XV“, and “The Legend of Mana“.

You can vote by clicking here.

*NOTE: Due to a possible error in the registration because of a Viking Cruise contest accompanied by the voting, you will need to sign in using a postal code from the United Kingdom due to the contest only available to UK resistance.*

Voting will close at 11:59 PM GMT on March 11th, 2018. The Hall of Fame will be announced during Easter Weekend (April 1st).

Please vote for Yoko Shimomura to show your support as she is working hard on the music for Kingdom Hearts III and getting ready for the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra -World Tour Encore later this year. Let’s see if we can get her back near the top of the list.
